I’m nearing the end on this project. I’m working on the 2nd sleeve and then the fun part begins. The ruffles! I can’t wait to put the frill on this jacket.

I had to take a break from Connecticut Avenue and a couple of other “winter” projects. It’s too hot here and and just can’t make myself touch that wool.
I have some accessories projects that are almost done. Cute and fly stuff!
That is gorgeous!! I wish I had the guts to attempt a garment like this. I’m scared of all the shaping, easing, working around the curves…I don’t have a clue where I’d start.

You do awesome work, TurquoizBlue! I am relatively new at crochet myself and a dear friend gave me this website. Do have a question for you. Do you have a vintage lace thread pattern for curtains that I can consider? I am looking for one that includes a valance and a curtain. I have 8 set of windows in my kitchen! I found one in “Crochet Today” Magazine but it is confusing to me right now. I know I am going to enjoy browsing your blog!
